The Granville Shirt from Sewaholic Patterns (pear shapes) or Harrison from Cashmerette (more curvy, full bust) have front bust dart (princess seams for Harrison), back yoke and back princess seams for optimal fitting options. Try it out of stretch cotton if you are looking for something more comfy. Great pattern instructions and drafting for collar, stand and cuffs.
